Salmon Cleaning & Fillet Processing Technician (Seafood Processing)

[Job Introduction]
We are a HACCP-certified seafood processing company that produces a variety of products using fresh raw salmon.
Salmon fillet processing is a specialized skill that requires expertise, and those who perform this work are treated as seafood processing technicians rather than simple production workers.

It is okay if you have no experience. A skilled technician will teach you personally.


[Main Duties]

Raw Salmon Inventory and Condition Management
Salmon pre-processing (thawing, washing, trimming, etc.)
Manual fillet processing and shaping
Operation of processing equipment
Product Inbound/Outbound Management
Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and production processes

[Working Conditions]

Working hours: 08:30 ~ 17:30
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Work 5 days out of 6)
Separate allowances paid for weekend and overtime work
