  Senior Managers, General Managers, and Partners have separate salary calculations (4.3 million KRW or more)
  
  The rank will be assigned based on the evaluation results after the end of the probationary period.

  Employee (2.92 million won), Junior Staff (3.01 million won), Assistant Manager (3.24 million won),
  
  Manager (~3.77 million KRW), Deputy Manager (~4 million KRW), Department Head (~4.5 million KRW)

  Senior Managers, General Managers, and Partners have separate salary calculations (5.38 million KRW or more)
