Job Responsibilities - Former Officer
- The entire department prepares ingredients from scratch to match production volume, making dishes such as donggeurangtteok, perilla leaf pancakes, and meat pancakes.
We primarily produce jeon (Korean pancakes), and our main job involves manufacturing side dishes according to established recipes.
Detailed work instructions are carried out under the direction of the Production Manager and the Head Chef.

The stir-frying department's main task is to manufacture side dishes according to established recipes using various raw materials from land, sea, and air, in accordance with production volume.

Working days (5-day work week) Scheduled work
Closed on Saturdays
- One rotational day off between Sunday and Friday
- 2 days off per week (Sundays are available on a rotational basis, with employees taking turns having time off)
- Closed during Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays
- Standard working hours on public holidays (personal time off, annual leave available)
Working hours
07:00 ~ 16:00 / Lunch time 11:30 ~ 12:30
Salary (Applicable to comprehensive wage system)
- All departments 2.6 to 2.8 million won (Entry-level 2.4 million won)
- Stir-frying Department 2.5~2.8 million won (Entry-level 2.4 million won)
- Additional pay provided for overtime work exceeding the agreed hours (10 hours of overtime, 8 hours of special work).
- 1.5x rate for overtime work, 1.5x rate for special work, and 2x rate for special work overtime.

Basically, there is a 3-month probationary period, and you will be notified whether your employment will continue based on a performance evaluation during the 3 months.
