Based on the founding team's business network across Korea, China, and Singapore, we are building a trust-centered premium medical tourism brand that takes responsibility for the entire process, from consultation to follow-up care.

The Head of Business Operations is a key management position responsible for managing the company's overall business operations in accordance with the CEO's management policies and coordinating the work of each department and person in charge.

Key responsibilities include establishing operational plans for medical tourism, travel and protocol services, customer management, and culture and arts-related businesses; managing work progress; employee training and performance management; and coordinating work with external partners, medical institutions, and clients.

Report key business progress and issues to the CEO, and promptly identify and resolve operational problems arising in the field. Additionally, streamline the company's work procedures and reporting systems, and manage overall operations and the organization to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of each business.


Main responsibilities

Establishment of overall company business operation plans and execution management
Overall management of medical tourism, travel, protocol, and customer management businesses
Employee work allocation, training, attendance, and performance management
Inter-departmental work coordination and progress monitoring
* Management of medical institutions, partner companies, and key clients
Management of customer service quality and service operation standards
Review of contracts, costs, schedules, and administrative tasks
Establishment of work manuals, reporting systems, and internal operating procedures
Resolution of major issues and reporting to the CEO
Review and promotion of new businesses and partnerships

We are recruiting someone who can assist the CEO in the company's growth, lead the working-level staff, and responsibly manage overall business operations.

Annual salary of approximately 50 million to over 100 million KRW, including performance-based incentives
