Bound Hostel in Jongno-gu, Seoul is hiring 2 room cleaning managers.

■ Workplace
Bound Hostel, 85 Donhwamun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
It is an accommodation facility with 30 rooms.

■ Number of Hires and Working Hours
Total 2 people, 1 person per shift
Group 1: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–16:30, 30 hours per week
Shift 2: Friday–Monday 10:00–16:30, 24 hours a week
Excluding 30-minute break

■ Salary
Hourly wage of 11,000 won for the first 3 months after joining
12,000 won per hour after 3 months
Estimated monthly salary before tax including weekly holiday allowance
Group 1: 1,720,620 won for the first 3 months / 1,877,040 won thereafter
Group 2: 1,376,496 won for the first 3 months / 1,501,632 won thereafter
The actual payment amount may vary depending on the number of working days and deductions.

■ Key Duties
- Checkout room cleaning and preparation for next check-in
- Changing bedding and linens and setting towels
- Bedding and linen management according to laundry service collection and delivery standards
- Laundry in the accommodation in case of linen shortage or emergency
- Replenishment of room amenities and sharing of damage/facility issues
- Clean up the assigned common areas, such as hallways and stairs

■ Eligibility Requirements
Korean is not required.
You must be able to communicate for work in English or Chinese.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hotel or hostel room maintenance.
Foreign nationals are required to have a visa or work permit that allows them to work legally. Please provide your visa type and expiration date when applying. We will verify your ability to work using original documents prior to final hiring.

■ Accommodation provided
After completing 2 months of work, a double room in the accommodation will be provided free of charge.
Bedding, heating and cooling, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are included and will not be deducted from your salary.
