■ Wage Level (Annual Salary)
1. Flower Center (Night Shift, 1 person): 37,910,000 KRW / Overtime pay for public holidays paid separately
❍ Salary levels include base salary, position allowance, qualification allowance, meal allowance, holiday bonus, fixed performance bonus, fixed overtime allowance, fixed night shift allowance, and welfare points.
- Fixed performance bonus (80% of base salary), welfare points (600,000 KRW per year, divided into two installments), holiday bonus (1,400,000 KRW per year, divided into two installments), meal allowance (148,000 KRW per month)
- Upon new hiring, meal allowances and performance bonuses are calculated on a daily basis, welfare points are calculated on a monthly basis, and holiday bonuses are paid to employees working during the holiday period in accordance with regulations.
❍ Other items such as annual leave allowance, variable performance bonuses, retirement pensions, summer vacation allowances, welfare mall points, etc., shall be paid separately in accordance with regulations.
❍ The probationary period is 3 months, and the decision regarding permanent employment is made based on the results of the probationary evaluation.
❍ For security, cleaning, and parking positions in the Seoul area (Flower Center, aT Center), personnel may be distributed and appointed only to applicants who wish to apply to both workplaces simultaneously.
