2. Job Responsibilities: Manufacturing Team Mixer Operation

- Mixer Operation/Mixing: Weighing and feeding raw materials according to manufacturing instructions and work standards, operation and monitoring of mixing equipment, and in case of abnormalities
Compliance with measures and standard operating procedures

- Equipment Cleaning/Inspection: After work is completed, clean mixers, feed lines, and containers; perform simple consumable replacements and routine inspections; in case of abnormalities
Maintenance requests and simple adjustments

- Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols for handling chemicals (wearing PPE), response to chemical leaks and emergencies,
Waste separation and disposal, Chapter 3 5S, completion of safety training, and compliance with work instructions

3. Workplace: 968, Seongjae-ri, Ochang-eup, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk

4. Department: Silicon Business Division, Production Team

5. Preferential Treatment
Experience in sealant and adhesive / chemical manufacturing (formulation/mixing) processes is preferred.
- No experience required (3+ years preferred), entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.
- Preference given to forklift license holders
- Those available for overtime

6. Salary Conditions
- Hourly wage for entry-level (Level 1) new employees: 10,700 won
- Regular Bonus: 300% of base salary
- Total Annual Salary: 33,544,500 KRW (Includes regular bonus / Excludes various allowances / Excludes severance pay)

7. Performance Bonus: Paid upon achievement of goals

8. Probationary Period: 3 months (90% of salary paid during the probationary period)
