Detailed work requirements

★ Brining/Smoking Operator

○ Salting of processed meat products (prepared/prepared)
- Raw meat curing (tumbler operation)
- Washing and cleaning of equipment/facilities
※ Preparation and management of salt inspection log (manual report and ERP)
○ Smoking (heating) of processed meat products (main/sub-main)
- Smoking (heating) of salted products {smokehouse (smoker) operation}
※ Creation and management of smoke inspection log (manual report and ERP)
○ Preprocessing of raw meat for meat processing products, etc.
- Raw meat removal / thawing / cleaning / cutting, etc.
- Storage and management of raw meat in the on-site warehouse
★ Packaging Machine Operator
○ Thermoforming packaging machine operation
- Change the packaging machine mold
- Film exchange by item
- Some type exchange
- Packaging machine operation
