Full-time Quality Control Clerk Recruitment (Experienced - New Applicants Accepted)

Main duties
ㆍOverall HACCP management tasks (HACCP post-management, etc.)
ㆍMicrobial testing (in-house), instrument calibration (in-house)
ㆍFood safety inspection and inspection
ㆍPractical hygiene management for the entire factory and production staff (hygiene training, etc.)
ㆍManagement of product standards and specifications
ㆍAnalysis of causes of nonconforming products and improvement measures
ㆍClaim management and notation management practices
ㆍOn-site audit inspection and response
• Establishment/revision of food quality certification standards and document management
• Quality document management for product manufacturing report reporting and quality system operation
• Experience in auditing partner companies

Qualifications
• Practical experience in obtaining certifications such as HACCP and responding to audits
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a food-related field such as food engineering or biotechnology
• 2-4 years or more of experience in quality control
• 2-4 years or more of experience in food quality assurance and certification management

Preferential treatment
• Experience in operating a food quality management system
• Experience in quality assurance work at a domestic food manufacturer
• Experience in inspecting Korean food labeling requirements
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Those with a high level of understanding of food-related laws (Food Sanitation Act, Food Code, etc.)

• Experience in physical and chemical testing and microbiological testing
