We are seeking talented individuals to join us at Yuil Chemical Industry, a company that has grown through stability and trust over 30 years in the film extrusion industry.

Our company, Yuil Chemical Industry, has maintained stable growth for over 30 years in the synthetic resin film extrusion field based on technological prowess and quality.
We are currently recruiting production workers to fill key roles in our production line.

▣ Duties

Film extrusion production site work (film production assistance and packaging work, etc.)

State-of-the-art German automated equipment handles the main production, while workers perform tasks primarily related to pre- and post-production preparation and packaging.

※ Those with experience in film extrusion or manufacturing will be given preferential treatment based on their experience.
※ Even those with no experience can easily adapt if they have a sincere desire to learn.

▣ Working conditions

Work schedule: 3 teams, 2 shifts

Working hours:
Weekdays 07:30 ~ 18:30
6:30 PM - 7:30 AM the next day (including sufficient break time during each working hour)

Shift times are flexible and can be adjusted through consultation.

Work schedule: 4 days a week, 2 days off, 4 nights, 2 days off, total 12-day work schedule (52-hour workweek)

Base salary: KRW 3,400,000 per month (excluding severance pay)

Salary increase: Reflected through annual salary negotiations

Welfare Support: Actively support government policies such as the Youth Tomorrow Savings Plan and benefits based on the Labor Standards Act.

▣ Recruitment process and other

Training period: 3 months
→ Consider conversion to full-time employment based on performance evaluation results
→ If the training period is not met within 1 month, the legal hourly wage will be applied.
→ 100% commercial conversion guaranteed unless there are special disqualification reasons
