Haeoreum House is a residential facility for the intellectually disabled located in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do.

Haeoreum House is recruiting life guidance counselors to replace childcare leave.


<Recruitment Details>

1. Life guidance counselor (replacement for childcare leave)

Number of employees: 1

Job Area: 1 person to provide daily life care and service support for male residents (shift work)

Eligibility

- Level 2 social worker or higher (can be expected to graduate) (preference given to those with actual driving skills)

- 2025 Guidelines for Personnel Costs for Residential Facilities for the Disabled: Salary Level 5 or lower

Period of employment: November 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 (6 months)

Working conditions: Shift work/5-day workweek/40 hours of overtime possible


Salary and Benefits

Salary: 2025 Personnel Cost Support Standard for Personnel at Facilities for the Disabled (Pay Grade System, Military Service Recognition, Holiday Allowance, Family Allowance) + Yongin City Treatment Improvement Allowance + Gyeonggi Province Treatment Improvement Allowance + Special Work Allowance + Overtime Allowance, Separate Retirement Pension
