1. AI Strategy and Governance (AI Strategy & Governance Analyst)

<Main Duties>
- Manages performance (ROI/performance indicators) by AI portfolio.
- Establish and manage AI policies, guidelines, and operational standards considering the financial regulatory and internal control environment.
- Analyze global AI and financial trends to derive actionable tasks within the group.
- Supports the design of AI agents for change management and the activation of internal usage.
- Supports strategic decision-making by preparing executive reports.

<Required Competencies>
- Individuals with a strong understanding of the domestic financial industry environment or relevant work experience (report writing)
- Experience in Strategy/Planning or PMO roles
- Experience in supporting and coordinating decision-making among multiple stakeholders (affiliates/related departments)
- AI utilization skills (at least 2 of the following)
· Experience in performing tasks using LLM-based AI tools
· Experience in designing and utilizing prompts
· Experience performing tasks based on AI agents or workflows
· Understanding AI Output Reliability and Evaluation Framework

(Control of hallucinogenic phenomena and quality verification, etc.)

2. AI Information Security (AI InfoSec Analyst)

<Main Duties>
- We review the technical, managerial, and compliance requirements for the introduction of AI services.
- We introduce business automation and AI security services by utilizing AI technology and AI agents.
- We operate AI security services and security equipment in a group shared network (cloud) environment.
- We support business departments to introduce and utilize AI services in a safe environment.

<Required Competencies>
- Those with basic knowledge of information security
- Those with basic knowledge of IT (OS, Network, DB, Programming, etc.)
- Experience in operating security equipment (terminal, network security)
- Individuals with an understanding of compliance regarding personal information and credit information.
- Those with an understanding of the basic structure and operating principles of AI LLM
- Someone who is proactive in learning and applying new security/IT technologies

3. Digital Asset Strategy and Business Support

<Main Duties>
- Analyze domestic and international digital asset markets, regulations, and competitive environments, and establish group-level response scenarios.
We draw up JB Financial Group's unique digital asset roadmap and directly establish step-by-step implementation plans.
- We identify and realize innovative business models that can be pursued within financial regulatory guidelines.
We are expanding the digital asset ecosystem by discovering external partners and establishing a collaboration system.
- We prepare advanced strategic reports and support decision-making to enable management to make the best decisions.

<Required Competencies>
- Those who have performed strategy or planning roles at a financial company (bank, securities firm, etc.)
- Someone who can prepare reports and proactively lead internal and external meetings
- Individuals with a deep understanding of and experience in responding to domestic and international regulations, laws, and supervisory authority issues related to digital assets
- Someone capable of deriving logical insights through market research and research report writing

4. Credit Scoring Model Developer

<Main Duties>
- I perform data analysis and develop machine learning models using Python and R.
- I perform duties such as monitoring key financial market indicators and risks, and preparing analysis reports.

<Required Competencies>
- Those who understand basic statistical techniques for data analysis
- Those who are interested in and have experience learning the latest machine learning techniques
- Those who are proactive in learning new data analysis techniques, algorithms, and knowledge related to financial data
- Someone who likes to explore and try various methods to solve problems

5. Corporate Brand Marketing (Corporate Brand Marketing Strategist)

<Main Duties>
- As the main editor for the group's official social media channels and in-house webzine, I personally plan differentiated brand content based on storytelling.
- Produces internal communication content for employees and supports the operation of various programs to revitalize organizational culture.
- Monitor Korean-language media reports, assist in the preparation of promotional materials, and actively participate in the planning of external public relations strategies.
- Perform practical work to enhance the visual quality of promotional materials and digital content using Photoshop and Illustrator.

<Required Competencies>
You must be able to deeply analyze Korean press releases and official documents, and execute persuasive business writing optimized for promotional purposes and targets.
- The ability to implement planned ideas into high-quality visual content in accordance with CI guidelines using various tools is required.
You must be able to read rapidly changing global financial industry trends and add insights to brand strategy based on a deep understanding of financial services, particularly for foreigners.
