The Foreigner Employment and Employment Availability Confirmation Service is a service that provides information on legal residency, employment availability, scope of employment availability, employment and employment procedures, and employment change reporting to foreigners seeking employment in Korea and employers seeking to hire foreigners.
<Scope of Service Provision>
- Whether the person is a legal resident (cannot confirm whether the person is an illegal resident)
- Scope of employment
- Employment or employment procedures
- Guidance on reporting procedures for employment changes, etc.
*When searching for information on foreigners, we do not confirm whether the foreigner in question is an illegal resident, and the information on the subject of the search is stored and protected under the Personal Information Protection Act.
*There may be cases where legal residents are not searched for through this service due to employment restrictions. Therefore, please keep in mind that it is not possible to determine whether a person is an illegal resident simply based on the fact that he or she is not searched for through this service.
