About WINI PLAY
Wini Play is a play-based English learning center built on structured educational programs. We do not simply teach English—we create an environment where children can experience, feel, and build meaningful relationships through the language.
Play-based Learning: We help children perceive English not as a subject to study, but as a joyful part of their daily play and life.

Program Details
Target Age: 3 to 9 years old (Tailored approach based on developmental stages)
Session Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes) per session
Curriculum-based Instruction (1 hour): Systematic learning of core topics.
Interactive Play (1 hour): Active and free English play centered around each child’s interests.
📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Class Planning & Preparation
Thoroughly study the Wini Play curriculum to conduct professional and high-quality sessions.
Independently plan and design innovative play-based educational content.
Create creative teaching aids and maintain an optimized classroom environment.
2. Professional Instruction
Lead 100% English immersion classes following the established curriculum.
Manage safe check-in/check-out and provide professional updates to parents.
3. Class Report Management
Observe each child’s activity patterns and linguistic development.
Compose and issue professional Class Reports for parents after every session.
✨ Requirements (Must-Have)
100% English Fluency: Ability to conduct classes and communicate with children entirely in English without hesitation.
Child-Centered Mindset: A genuine love for children and the ability to communicate with empathy and respect.
Commitment: Ability to strictly follow a 5-day work schedule (2 Weekend days + 3 Weekdays).
Professionalism: A strong sense of responsibility and positive, bright energy.
💎 Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Previous experience in professional educational settings (Kindergartens, Childcare centers, etc.).
Ability to lead active and creative play-based lessons.
Global Background: Native speakers or those from English-speaking countries (Dual citizens preferred).

Eligible Visas: We only accept applicants with D-series, F-series, or H-series visas (Must have a valid work permit).
E-series Visas: Please note that we DO NOT provide or sponsor E-series visas (E-2, etc.).
