Position Summary
We are hiring 1 Global Sales Specialist who can support projects in Korea and other international markets.
This role is not limited to a single country and is not a passive inquiry-handling role. The mission is to identify real projects, build relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and partners, and drive MPSystem toward design incorporation in project drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new project opportunities across Korea and overseas markets
Build and manage databases of architects, developers, contractors, and partners by country/region
Identify real projects and verify design stage, approval timeline, and decision-making structure
Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, meetings, exhibitions, and partner channels
Secure project drawings or the minimum required technical/project information for layout review
Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up materials
Track projects until design incorporation and maintain records in internal DB systems
Record risks, lost reasons, and follow-up actions for future pipeline management
Mandatory Qualifications
Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Able to work in a structured, project-based sales environment
Comfortable with client meetings, presentations, and online demos
Able to collaborate with internal technical and project teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, project sales, construction, real estate, architecture, industrial equipment, or technical solutions
Familiarity with Korean and/or overseas development and construction process
Experience in tracking long sales cycles rather than short transactional sales
Additional language skills are a plus
Important Notice
This is not a simple order-taking or inquiry-handling role.
The role requires proactive pipeline creation and project follow-up.
KPI is based on actual design incorporation into project drawings, not just meetings or proposal submissions.
All sales activities and project records must be managed in the company DB.
Visa Requirements
Applicants must reside in South Korea with a valid visa (D-10, F-2, E-7, etc.).
Visa sponsorship may be considered after probation, if required.
