Detailed work requirements

This is a job involving the management and sale of seafood (abalone, octopus, sea cucumber, sea squirt, cuttlefish, scallops, clams, and other shellfish). Even those with no prior experience can learn as they work, and it can be a lifelong career. Although the start time is on the early side at 4:30 AM, it is possible to leave work early (negotiable).
