About Us

FOOT FLEX is a premium nail and foot spa located inside the Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel. We provide luxury nail care, foot spa, and recovery treatments to international travelers, airline crew, hotel guests, and local clients. We are looking for passionate professionals who enjoy working in a friendly international environment.

Position

• Nail Technician
• Foot Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Manicure & Pedicure
• Gel Nail Services
• Foot Spa Treatments
• Basic Foot Massage (training available)
• Customer Service
• Maintaining a clean and professional workspace

Requirements

• Previous nail salon experience is preferred.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in South Korea.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: Korean minimum wage or higher (depending on experience)
• Commission-based incentives available
• Salary negotiable based on skills and experience
