Detailed work requirements

Development of machining programs, simulation verification, and cutting for CNC lathe, turning machine, and milling MC machining processes
Selection of tools and machining conditions, design of jigs and fixtures and equipment setup, determination of machining methods based on review of drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T),
Support for inspection of initial, intermediate, and final products, preparation of process standards, and programming and setup training for production personnel
