Barofresh is a food manufacturing and distribution company specializing in the pre-processing, portioning, and packaging of fresh produce.

We are recruiting full-time employees to directly manage the production site and work alongside colleagues to stabilize business operations and strengthen the production management system.

Production Site Manager (Permanent)

Department: Production Quality Team



■ Main Business


1. Production Planning and Site Management


- Check supplier order details and changed quantities

- Check production quantity by item based on order volume

- Determination of production work sequence and work instructions by team (individual)

- Production progress and completion management

- Production schedule and shipment closing management



2. Practical Work at the Production Site


- Sorting, trimming, portioning, and packaging of agricultural products

- Participation in production site work

- Production support

- Check for quality and defects during operation

- Organization and hygiene management at the production site


3. Logistics and Delivery Support


- Movement of raw materials and finished products using forklifts

- Support for product loading, unloading, and shipment

- 3.5-ton truck delivery in case of urgent or additional deliveries


■ Eligibility Requirements

- Those who can work directly on the production site

- Someone who can communicate smoothly with production staff and give work instructions

- Able to drive a 3.5-ton cargo truck

- Able to operate a forklift

- Proficient in basic PC and Excel

- Someone who can perform their duties responsibly and meticulously
