Management of raw materials and auxiliary materials inflow and outflow
- Purchase order inspection and real-time material dispensing management based on production schedule
Inventory Management
- Real-time inventory tracking and maintaining optimal inventory levels using an ERP system
ㆍMaterial warehouse operation
- Location optimization by part and warehouse 5S activities
