[Job Description]
We are recruiting an experienced professional to oversee all production-related operations.
You are responsible for overall production management tasks, including establishing production plans and managing performance analysis, managing production processes and sites, controlling productivity and quality, and improving on-site issues.

You are responsible for the overall production process within the company, including raw meat trimming and pre-processing, meat processing and cutting, seasoned meat manufacturing, and product packaging and preparation for shipment. You also oversee tasks such as production line hygiene management and workplace organization.
