SEMPER M CORP. is the designer, manufacturer, and full-service provider of MPSystem, an innovative robotic parking system.
We are expanding our Global Marketing Team and looking for a marketer who can support Korea and global markets by creating materials that help sales secure meetings, solve customer questions, and move projects toward design incorporation.
Position Summary
This is not a design-only role and not a trend-driven social media role.
We are looking for a revenue-oriented marketer who can understand customer needs, organize technical and business information, and create materials that help customers move toward confidence, approval, and design reflection.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage client-facing marketing materials for Korea and overseas markets
Produce sales enablement materials such as brochures, project decks, comparison sheets, FAQ, proposal visuals, and follow-up materials
Convert technical/product information into customer-friendly communication materials
Organize materials by customer type, project stage, and market/country
Support digital channels such as LinkedIn, Website, YouTube, Instagram, and online campaigns when needed
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to collect, refine, and structure useful project information
Manage internal material database and version control
Improve materials based on customer reactions, sales feedback, and lost reasons
Support project conversion by preparing the right material for the right stage
Mandatory Qualifications
Fluent in English and Korean (written & spoken)
Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / After Effects
Strong ability to structure information clearly and present technical content in a simple, convincing way
Familiarity with PowerPoint and document-based B2B materials
Able to collaborate with sales and engineering teams
Able to think beyond design and focus on customer understanding and conversion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing, industrial products, architecture, construction, real estate, or technical solutions
Experience creating content that supports actual sales conversion
Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, website content, and digital campaign execution
Experience with Figma, KeyShot, Blender, or similar tools is a plus
Additional language skills are a plus

explain technical or business value simply,
and create materials that could help move a customer toward interest, trust, and design incorporation.
We value portfolios that show customer understanding and conversion thinking more than purely aesthetic design work.
