1. Job Title: Automotive Parts Production Automation Line Team Leader

• Entry-level applicants welcome (Experienced candidates preferred)
• Preference given to candidates available for day or night shifts

2. Main Duties

• Worker and site checks within the automated production line for robotic welding automotive parts
• Shortage of production materials, single item received on production line
• Inspection and rework of completed products

3. Working Hours

• Day Shift = 07:30 ~ 16:10 / 09:30~09:40 [Break Time] , 14:10~14:20 [Break Time]
• Night = 16:10 ~ 00:50 / 18:10~18:20 [Break Time] , 22:50~23:00 [Break Time]
40-minute lunch break for day and night shifts, and a 10-minute break every 2 hours provided.

Currently, I only work day shifts.
If a night shift is created in the future, a rotation work schedule of 1 week day shift followed by 1 week night shift is planned.

4. Wage: Annual salary system 37,000,000 won [Thirty-seven million won]

5. Performance Bonus: Performance bonuses paid upon achieving production volume targets and accident-free records [Total of 5.8 million KRW paid upon 1 year or more of service as of 2025]

6. There is a 3-month probationary period (100% of wages are paid even during the probationary period)
