※ This is an on-site production position involving the blending of rubber raw materials and the kneading and mixing of rubber using a roll mill.
※ Even if you do not have open-roll experience, you are eligible to apply if you have experience working in a production role at a rubber manufacturing company.
Main tasks
※ Weighing and mixing of rubber raw materials
※ Rubber kneading and mixing process using an open roll (rubber roller)
※ Compound rubber production and processing operations
※ Operation of production facilities and basic equipment inspection and management
※ Verification of blended rubber condition and quality control assistance
※ Summary of Raw Materials and Products
※ Workplace organization and adherence to safety rules
Eligibility Requirements
※ No educational background required
※ Experience working in production at a rubber manufacturing company or related work experience
※ Those capable of working on the production site
※ We are looking for someone who is responsible and diligent, and willing to work for the long term.
