This job is suitable for deboning technicians who cut the slaughtered pork carcass into sections and remove the bones, as well as beginners who wish to acquire the skill.
Butchers who remove fat and unwanted parts according to standards after deboning are eligible to apply, as well as beginners wishing to acquire the skill.
Beginners and experienced workers in vacuum packaging and box packaging finished products
