Manufacturing - Simple production jobs

• Raw material weighing, basis weighing, and precise quantity: Processing rubber blocks according to the recipe. Weighing of pharmaceutical powders. Procuring and inputting raw materials according to the planned production volume.
• Raw material blending and mixing: Operation of large-scale mass production equipment (kneaders, ball mills, calenders, drums, coils) and establishment and execution of production plans.
• Product Forming: The dough processed into a roll (FMB) is fed into a large press and formed into the final product shape at the heat and pressure levels specified in the recipe.
• Product Processing and Packaging: A process of cutting and shaping the product according to standard athletic track sizes or client specifications (using a water jet). This is followed by wrap packaging and inventory management.
• Inventory Management: The process of issuing and receiving materials according to site requirements. Includes the receipt and dispatch of raw materials for mixing and construction.
