◆ 5-day work week (Mon–Fri) 08:00 – 17:00
◆ Overtime: Monday–Wednesday 17:30–21:00 / Thursday 17:00–18:30 / Friday No overtime

[Salary Conditions]
◆Basic Salary: 10,320 won per hour in 2026
◆ Seniority allowance based on years of service / Hourly wage increase
◆ 1.5x premium for overtime/night/holiday work
