■ Recruitment Divisions and Details Recruitment Field: Automated Plating Line Production Worker Job Responsibilities: Operation of plating and metal spraying machines (Operation of automated equipment, some manual work involved.) Employment type: Indefinite employment contract Other details: Dormitory provided (dormitory fees are free, only utilities (electricity/gas) are the student's responsibility)

■ Working Environment and Conditions Working Hours: Standard 5 days a week / Max 6 days a week (Saturday work flexible) 8:30 – 17:30 Basic work 8 hours (1 hour break separate) / Overtime thereafter 2 hours - 2 hours 30 minutes daily average (Overtime is frequent) 1.5 times the regular rate for additional overtime work
For Saturday work, the start time is the same, but the end time may vary depending on the volume, and working until an average of 3 PM (it is also common to work later).
