Part time worker, Fixed-term employment contract (part-time (flexible)) for 6 months / Review for conversion to permanent status after contract expiration / No desire for dispatched work / No desire for hiring replacement personnel
Manufacturing > Food manufacturing
Weekdays: 3-day flexible work week (08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:30) ※ 1-hour lunch break (12:00–13:00) and 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon (total 30 minutes) are excluded from the daily wage. ※ On weekdays that include public holidays, normal working hours are observed due to the nature of the fisheries industry and apply the same rules as regular weekdays, working 3 days a week.
