Detailed work requirements

Food Production: Manufacturing of general kimchi and side dishes, including napa cabbage kimchi, cubed radish kimchi, dried radish strips, and grated radish.

Ingredient Preparation and Blending: Preparation of raw and auxiliary ingredients required for production and combination of seasonings

Hygiene Management: Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the factory interior workshop

HACCP Process Compliance: Performing safe and hygienic food production operations in accordance with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's HACCP standards
