Recruiting Welders (Argon, CO2)

[ Recruiting Argon & CO2 Welders ]
We provide ventilation systems, semiconductor equipment, etc.
We are a sheet metal company that manufactures various steel plate cases.
We are recruiting diligent individuals to grow with us.


[ Main Duties ]
- Welding of sheet metal products using argon and CO2 welders
- Assisting with welding work and production preparation
Work based on the drawings


[ Working Hours ]
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch time: 12:30 ~ 13:30
Break Time: 10:00 ~ 10:10 / 15:00 ~ 15:10
- Depending on work conditions, some overtime work may be required on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Wednesday: Leave work on time at 5 PM


[ salary ]
- Monthly Salary: Approximately 3.5 million KRW (Negotiable based on experience and job proficiency)
- The above amount includes fixed overtime pay.
- Separate allowances are paid for overtime and holiday work that exceeds the fixed allowance standard.


[ Other Information ]
- Conversion to permanent employment after a 3-month probationary period (100% salary paid during the probationary period)
- Salary adjustable based on skill level and work ability
