Recruiting Welders (Argon, CO2)

[ Recruiting Argon & CO2 Welders ]

We provide ventilation systems, semiconductor equipment, etc.
We are a sheet metal company that manufactures various steel plate cases.
We are recruiting diligent individuals to assist our existing welders and grow together.


[ Main Duties ]
- Welding of sheet metal products using argon and CO2 welders
- Assisting with welding work and production preparation
- Workspace organization and safety/cleanliness management


[ Working Conditions ]
- Working hours: 5 days a week, 08:00 ~ 17:00
- Lunch: 12:30 ~ 13:30
- Break Time: 10:00 ~ 10:10 / 15:00 ~ 15:10
- Partial overtime work may occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays depending on work conditions (if necessary).
- Wednesday: On-time departure at 5 PM

[ salary ]
- Monthly Salary: Approximately 3 to 3.5 million KRW (Negotiable based on experience and job proficiency)
- The above amount includes fixed overtime pay.
- Separate allowances are paid for overtime and holiday work that exceeds the fixed allowance standard.

[ Other Information ]
- Review for conversion to permanent status after a 3-month probationary period
- Salary adjustable based on skill level and work ability
