[JM Tech A] Recruiting Quality Control (QC) & Measurement & Inspection Staff / Personal Vehicle Required

■ [Job Responsibilities]
- Measurement of workpiece dimensions and appearance inspection
- Measuring product dimensions using vernier calipers and micrometers
- Product measurement and inspection using a 2D vision inspection machine
- Product dimensions and shape measurement using a 3D measuring instrument
- Check the product's appearance and processing status
- Verification and recording of measurement and inspection results

- Personal vehicle required ★ (No commuter bus available.)
- No experience required
- Proficiency in Excel or Word is required to apply (slow typing is not possible)
- Someone who will work diligently and responsibly
- Someone who can carefully check the product's dimensions and appearance

- Those proficient in computer skills, such as Excel and Word
- Those who can understand dimensions and details by looking at simple drawings
- Those who can create simple drawings using CAD
- Experience in measurement inspection and quality control (QC)
Those with experience using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers

- Fixed daytime work

■ [Working Hours]
- Mon, Tue, Thu: 18:00 ~ 21:00 (※Overtime required)
- Wednesdays and Fridays: 09:00 ~ 18:00
- Wednesdays and Fridays, 18:00 – 21:00, overtime available upon request
※ We may request additional overtime depending on production volume and work conditions.

※ Break time
- 10:30 AM ~ 10:40 AM (10 minutes)
- Lunch 12:00 ~ 13:00 or 12:30 ~ 13:30 (※Assigned based on the building)
- 15:30 ~ 15:40 (10 minutes)
- Dinner 18:00 ~ 18:30 (※Dinner provided only when there is overtime)

■ [Salary and Overtime Pay]
- Annual salary includes regular overtime pay for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Overtime pay is paid separately for additional overtime on Wednesdays and Fridays
- Salaries and allowances are paid in accordance with the employment contract.

- This is an inspection task to check the dimensions and appearance of finished products.

[ I mainly do the following tasks. ]

- Measure the size and dimensions of the product.
- Check the dimensions using a vernier caliper and a micrometer.
- Measure the dimensions and shape of products using 2D vision inspection machines and 3D measuring machines.
- Check the product for any scratches or processing defects.
- Records and manages measurement and inspection results.
