Detailed work requirements

1. Perform production management duties for related products, including organic silicon-based silicone rubber such as HCR and LSR.
2. Management of manufacturing team members and production schedule management at the production site
3. Production facility management and process improvement and equipment investment tasks for productivity enhancement
4. Chemical Engineering graduates preferred
