The person we are hiring this time is a new employee to be assigned to the Quality/Management department.

What you mainly do is
1. It involves preparing the product before painting and inspecting the product's condition after painting, specifically checking whether the product is good or defective based on its appearance.
2. As a cleanroom factory, there are also tasks related to managing the factory environment and maintaining cleanliness before and after work.

As the primary duties of this new hire involve sorting out defects and inspecting them, we would prefer a worker who is meticulous, proficient in large-scale operations, and quick in their actions.
