Detailed work requirements

1. Job Description

- Automotive parts PCB assembly
- Inspection machine parts loading and simple machine operation
- Product inspection and other production-related tasks
- Performing tasks that require the use of both hands during parts assembly and inspection

2. Eligibility Requirements

- Registered persons with disabilities under the Welfare Act
- Those available for day and night 2-shift work
- Persons capable of working while standing and performing tasks using production facilities
- Persons capable of performing relevant duties, such as PCB assembly and inspection
- Those capable of assembling parts and operating machinery using both hands due to the nature of the work

3. Preferential Treatment

- Experienced in the production and assembly of automotive and electronic components
- Experienced in PCB assembly or inspection

Contract worker, Fixed-term employment contract for 3 months / Review for conversion to permanent status after contract expiration / No desire for dispatched work / No desire for hiring replacement personnel

Weekdays: Day Shift 08:00 ~ 17:20 (8 hours per day) Night Shift 20:00 ~ 05:20 (8 hours per day) *Overtime/special shifts available, 5-day workweek
