We are hiring production staff for machine parts processing (MCT, lathe, flat/chimney grinder).

One large flat or chimney grinding operator
MCT / General purpose lathe machining: 1 person

Hiring both entry-level and experienced candidates
Entry-level: For beginners, a 3-month probationary period (80% of monthly base salary paid; probationary period following on-site evaluation of adaptability to the company, etc. during the 3 months).
(Decision to terminate), final salary determination will be discussed during the interview.
Experienced Candidates: Those with 2 years or more of experience in the same role; experience will be recognized following an on-the-job training interview.
There is no separate probationary period for those recognized as experienced. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
