2. Working Conditions
- Work Type: Monday to Friday, 5-day workweek, regular work

- Overtime: Possibility of Saturdays, an average of 2 times per month

Factory 1: Purple County
- Fixed daytime (no overtime): 2.25 million won
- General Staff (Overtime Available): 2.6 to 3.2 million KRW (Minimum Wage)
Factory 2: Green County
- Fixed daytime (no overtime): Average 2.2 to 2.4 million won
- General Staff (Overtime): Average 2.8 to 3.5 million won
- Allowance Information: 1.5 times the regular rate for overtime and special work.
- ※ Note: Please be advised that in the case of Factory 2, there may be dust flying around due to powder tableting, and the allowance is slightly higher as it is a remote location.

- Fixed daytime (no overtime): 2.2 million won
