We are proposing a CNC operator position to process products at our headquarters factory.

The responsibility is CNC operation. Currently, 5 people are involved in CNC operation, and we are looking to increase our workforce due to the expansion of production facilities.
[The main duties are as follows.]
ㆍCutting Process: Product machining using CNC automatic lathe equipment
ㆍSoftware Management: Performing management and evaluation of programs used in CNC automatic lathes
ㆍJig & Fixture Management: Manufacturing, purchasing, and maintenance of jigs and fixtures required for machining
ㆍManufacturing Equipment Management: Performing daily inspections and maintenance (cutting fluid, lubricant) of manufacturing equipment, and preparing checklists.
ㆍProcess Record: Preparation of records regarding the process and working conditions of work performed according to the work order, and the results of process inspections.
ㆍResponsibilities: Collaboration on tasks required during the validation process

ㆍThose who can use 3D CAM software
ㆍThose who can use the Esprit program
Experienced in processing titanium materials (experienced in multi-variety, multi-product processing)
ㆍThose with experience related to dental implants, trauma, or spine implants
