We are hiring a CNC lathe operator.

We perform shaft machining work, an elevator component, using a CNC lathe.

The shaft to be machined is an S45C round bar with a diameter of 50 mm to 100 mm, varying in length from as short as 100 mm
It varies up to 400mm in length.
While performing tool setting and fixture setting for machining operations, rather than simple machining operations.
Actual machining operations are performed using SKT300 (12') and SKT400 (15') CNC lathes.

While performing the CNC lathe machining as described above, you must also perform machine change setting work so that a colleague in the same CNC machining team can machine aluminum die-cast rollers using a small CNC lathe (QT-8N, etc.).

Most manufactured products are programmed, but sometimes you must be able to manually program them from scratch by looking at the drawings.
