This is a sheet metal bending job for the production of our own brand toolboxes. In addition to expanding our business, we are looking to hire one more bender by adding a bending machine (Amada RG100 NC9 EX2).
Plate Thickness: Usually 1~2T, sometimes 3T / PO, GI, SUS / L: Within 2400 Machines in use: Amada NC9 (RG100), EX1 (2 units), EX2 (1 unit) / HRB 1303 (CNC) 1 unit Bending Types: Single-cut, Double-cut Bending, Box Bending, R-bending, Z-bending Preferred qualifications: Due to the nature of the work, candidates with 3 to 8 years of bending experience are preferred over entry-level candidates, and Preference will be given to those proficient in using Amada models and skilled benders, depending on their ability. One bending machine has been added, bringing the total to four, and There are currently 3 benders. The factory manager is a bending technician with 20 years of experience in contract manufacturing, so it is a good place to learn bending while working. The working atmosphere on site is good, and We welcome those who are available for overtime or special shifts depending on the workload.
