We are recruiting full-time employees for carpet production.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing industry, there are 3 to 4 hours of overtime work every Monday and Thursday. This may increase during the winter peak season due to high order volumes.
Depending on the situation, there may not be any overtime, but if you prefer more, we can accommodate up to 12 hours of work per week.
Overtime work is considered extended work and is paid additionally at exactly 1.5 times the regular wage. The basic salary is 2.5 million won, including meal allowances.

Although it is a carpet manufacturing factory, since the company has a long history in e-commerce, I think the working environment is better than that of typical factories.
The staff are young and the atmosphere is good.
