Recruiting Optical Film Production Skilled Worker (2-shift, 2-rotation)

Optical film production, packaging, and quality inspection


[Work Type and Hours]

Standard working hours: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) 07:30–18:30

Special Note on Changes in Work Schedule: For approximately two weeks of the month, operations will switch to a 2-shift, 2-team system (day/night rotations and overtime/holiday work) depending on internal circumstances (detailed schedule will be determined after internal consultation).

Shift Hours: [Day Shift] 07:30 ~ 19:30 / [Night Shift] 19:30 ~ 07:30


[Salary and Probationary Conditions]

Wages: Compliance with company regulations and the Minimum Wage Act (Basic salary + separate payment for shift work, overtime, night work, and holiday work)

Probationary period: 3 months after hiring
(※ For unskilled labor positions, 100% of the minimum wage is paid even during the probationary period; for technical positions, it follows relevant regulations.)
