I am a field worker who prepares and processes ingredients for tripe and pork soup.

[Main Duties]
- Cutting and trimming the pig's head
- Organizing and preparing tripe and pork soup ingredients
- !!Use of meat slicer and raw material processing (cutting pig heads)
- Hygiene management and maintaining workspace cleanliness

We bring the raw ingredients directly from the slaughterhouse, so it's great for those with strong stomachs!

It is a job anyone can do, but it can be difficult because it is done while standing.

Work from 8:30 to 6:00
