[Responsibilities]

Automated Tandem Line Operation and Process Management

Operation, monitoring, and mass production of multi-stage tandem press equipment

Feeder, Transfer/Robot Handler Linkage Operation Monitoring and Basic Troubleshooting

Mold replacement and setup (preparation)

QDC (Automatic Die Changer) operation and tandem line die attachment/clamping

Process-specific leveling, pitch setting, and material input alignment

Quality checks and process inspections

Inspection of the appearance (cracks, burrs, dents, etc.) of drawing, bending, and piercing parts for each process

Preparation of main dimensional measurements and self-inspection logs for beginner, intermediate, and final products

Equipment Maintenance and Safety Environment

Regular inspection of interlocks and safety sensors, compliance with safety regulations

Workplace 5S and Line Routine Checks
