At Daepung D&F Co., Ltd. Plant 1 (located in Jungni-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu)
We are recruiting a Plant Manager-level management position to take charge of and operate the meat processing plant.
Factory 1 is a factory that produces heated and processed products such as pig's trotters, and we are looking for someone who can directly manage the production site and lead stable production operations together with the staff.
<Recruitment Fields>
Meat Processing Plant Manager / 1 Production Management Manager
<Main Duties>
- Management of the overall production process for processed meat products such as pig's trotters
- Establishment of daily production plans and management of production volume and yield
- Job Assignment and Personnel Management for Production Staff
- On-site management from raw material receiving to production, packaging, and shipment
- Product quality and workplace hygiene management
- Production facility and workplace management
- Raw materials and inventory management
- Identifying the causes of problems occurring during production and improving
- On-site improvements to enhance work efficiency and productivity
- Other management tasks regarding overall factory operations
<Eligibility Requirements>
- No restrictions on education or age
- Preference given to candidates with experience in production site management in the meat processing or food manufacturing industry
- Preference given to candidates with field management experience, such as Production Team Leader or Plant Manager
- Someone who can communicate smoothly with staff and lead the field
- Someone who can manage overall factory operations with a sense of responsibility
Even if you do not have experience producing pig's trotters, you are eligible to apply if you possess on-site experience in meat processing and food manufacturing, as well as management skills.
