Recruitment of employees due to increased production lines

1. Recruitment Fields
CNC machining related skilled workers


2. Number of recruits: 2 people

3. Recruitment Period: Until hired

4. Hourly Wage: Processing-related skilled workers => 10,800/Hr ~
(Hourly wage is subject to adjustment based on experience after the probationary period.)


5. Preferential Treatment
1) Candidates with experience in processing will be given preference, and hourly wage increases will be negotiated based on experience.
2) Candidates with experience in complex CNC systems will be given priority in hiring and preferential treatment (hourly wage negotiable).
3) When automatically assigned to a line, additional incentive hourly wages are applied per line.
4) Preference given to those available for day/night 2-shift rotation, overtime, and special work.

6. Employee Benefits
1) Vehicle owners receive separate fuel cost support for commuting 30km or more (after a 3-month probationary period)
2) Commuter bus operation

3) Separate dormitory fee support for those who prefer individual accommodation (150,000 KRW per month after the probationary period ends)
