1. Recruitment Division and Responsibilities
Department: Production Team (Entry-level/Experienced)
Main duties:
- Support for weighing, mixing, and stirring liquid/powder sauce ingredients
- Operating sauce filling, capping, sterilization, and packaging lines
- Loading of finished products, inspection of packaging condition, and preparation for shipment
- Basic cleaning of production equipment, daily inspections, and workplace hygiene and cleanliness management
2. Eligibility and Ideal Candidate Profile
- Someone who is physically healthy, diligent, and has a good sense of teamwork
- Those who strictly adhere to safety regulations and work hygiene standards
- Someone who will diligently carry out their assigned duties with a sense of responsibility
- No educational or experience requirements (Beginners and entry-level welcome / Experienced in production in the same industry welcome)
3. Preferential Treatment
- Residents near Hongseong/Gwangcheon and those capable of commuting by car
- Experienced in working on a food manufacturing and processing production line
- Those who prefer regular daytime work without shift work
- Individuals capable of long-term employment and stable work
4. Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Permanent (3-month probationary period)
- Working days: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) 08:30–17:30
- Workplace: 64-13, Hongnamdong-ro 126beon-gil, Gwangcheon-eup, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam
- Salary: 2,400,000 KRW per month (Overtime pay provided separately)
- Benefits: Lunch provided, four major insurance plans, retirement pension, work uniform provided, annual leave
