Detailed work requirements

Based on the rubber foam insulation manufacturing business, we produce products used in piping and ducts for factories, supermarkets, buildings, and power plants.


[Job Responsibilities]
① Production (Combi) - 3 Shifts - Raw Material (Rubber) Mixing, Product Packaging, Quality Inspection
② Production (Lamination) - Day Shift - Industrial tape adhesion, cutting, and packaging operations


○ Common Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates capable of commuting by personal vehicle (*Fuel allowance of up to 200,000 KRW per month provided / No commuter bus or dormitory)

○ Working conditions
- Permanent position (3-month probationary period)
- Working hours (Day shift: 09-18 / 3-shift: 08-16, 16-24, 24-08)

Weekdays: (3-shift) - 7 hours of actual work. (8 hours including break time) 2.5 million KRW/month + fuel allowance (max. 200,000 KRW/month) + α (overtime, night shift, holiday, special shift) 8:00 AM ~ 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM ~ 12:00 AM / 12:00 AM ~ 8:00 AM (Day Shift) - 9 hours including break time. 2.5 million KRW/month + fuel allowance (max. 200,000 KRW/month) + α (overtime, special shift), 5-day workweek, average working hours: 40
Salary 2,500,000 KRW (Monthly salary of 2,500,000 won or more,)
