Detailed work requirements

▶ Simple production of agricultural products (vegetables/wild greens), such as sorting, washing, processing (cutting, peeling, etc.), and packaging
▶ Work suitable for beginners and foreigners
▶ Equipment Operator: Evaluation after completion of 2–3 month proficiency training - Separate allowance provided for performing OP duties
▶ Forklift Operator: Holder of a forklift license and capable of driving - Separate allowance provided upon performance of duties
(Main production, secondary forklift operation - Production 90% or more, Forklift less than 10%)

▶ Working Hours - 5 Days a Week
1. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 (Additional overtime may occur)
Saturday work when volume is high (once a month on average)

▶ 3-month contract employment - Conversion to permanent status following performance evaluation (skill level, attendance, cooperation, etc.) (Currently over 95% conversion rate)
